Shot with a canon 1D mark 111 at 10 fps. ISO 100 f-4.5 1/200 sec
Lighting was an Einstein into a parabolic umbrella at 1/4 power camera right and slightly above subjects for the key. A white card camera left for fill and another Einstein with a standard reflector as a back edge for subject and water. The Einsteins kept up with the 10 fps flawlessly.

Mike, that is awesome. I would love to be able to do that with speedlights, but I'm not sure it would work well. Also, I'm not sure whom the young lady is, but she is definitely a good sport. Would this be a 'one time, get it right the first time or else' session? :)

Gary, she's a good friend (obviously). If you look at the rest of the set they are all my friends who volunteered to help both with the set up and as models. I tested my speed lights and they kept up with my t2i at 3.7 fps but I needed the 10 fps to ensure I wouldn't miss the perfect frames. The Einsteins were cheep to rent ($35 a day for 2 I think) and worked great. Because they were volunteers, yes, it was a one shot deal. Super fun shoot though.
